✻ Supported Independent Living & Individualised Living Options

We provide a range of supported living options tailored to each participant’s goals and level of independence — from 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) and flexible Individualised Living Options (ILO) to specialist residential accommodation for individuals with complex psychosocial or behavioural needs.

We also offer in-home support to help participants live safely and independently, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, medication, and skill development.

✻ Community Access & Social Groups

We empower participants to engage with their communities by supporting them to attend appointments, recreational activities, social outings, education, and employment opportunities. Our goal is to reduce isolation and build meaningful community connections.

✻ NDIS Access & Support Coordination

We offer Support Coordination to help participants confidently navigate the NDIS, connect with trusted service providers, and make the most of their funding.
For those new to the NDIS, we also provide Access Support, guiding individuals through eligibility, documentation, and the application process — ensuring a smooth and supported entry into the scheme.
